Как да изберем правилните ластици за тренировка
Фитнес ластиците се превърнаха в неизменна част от всяка ефективна тренировка – и то с причина! Те са леки, универсални, достъпни и идеални за тренировки както у дома, така и във фитнеса или навън. 1. Видове ластици – каква е разликата?
✅ Луп (Loop) ластици
Къси, плоски ластици, оформени като затворен кръг. Подходящи са за тренировки за долната част на тялото – например седалище, бедра и крака.
✅ Тубус ластици с дръжки (Resistance Tubes)
Дълги ластици с ръкохватки от двете страни. Подходящи са за тренировки на горната част на тялото и симулират класически упражнения с тежести.
✅ Дълги ластици (Power Bands)
Широки и дълги ленти без дръжки. Подходящи за по-интензивни упражнения, асистенция при набирания и силови тренировки.
2. Изберете правилното съпротивление
Фитнес ластиците се предлагат с различни нива на съпротивление – от X-Light (много леко) до X-Heavy (много тежко). Ето ориентир:
🟢 X-Light / Light – загрявка, рехабилитация, йога
🟡 Medium – базови силови упражнения, мобилност
🔴 Heavy / X-Heavy – силова тренировка, напреднали
👉 Съвет: Ако си начинаещ, избери комплект с няколко нива на съпротивление, за да можеш да напредваш постепенно.
3. Материалът има значение
Най-популярните фитнес ластици са от 100% натурален латекс – здрав, гъвкав и устойчив. Ако имаш алергия към латекс, търси алтернатива от TPE или друг хипоалергенен материал.

🧘 Йога и стречинг – по-меки, леки ластици
